Product management incorporating all the essential tools


Software Account is a dedicated user interface made in-house that allows our clients and admin teams to manage product subscriptions with minimal effort. For instance, the service provides clients with secure account areas where they can manage and add to their product subscriptions, and includes a system to make them aware of similar products that might be of interest. Plus, Software Account provides the ability to efficiently agree to terms and conditions and to electronically sign contracts, as well as allows admin teams to update these legal documents. The project has been developed to allow scope for expansion to integrate a payment gateway into the system. From an admin point of view, we have already built in payment schedules and alerts for all clients subscriptions. We envisage the platform will become an attractive management option for other companies and product providers.

Electronic contracts
  • To improve efficiency we have created an electronic contract management solution. This means updated terms and conditions can be agreed to swiftly by the user within their account on the platform.
