His responsibilities include regular check-ins with our client base to ensure we are meeting client needs, suggesting the best solutions and considering new developments at the businesses we serve. Simply meeting SLA response and resolution targets is not enough. This role gives our customers the platform to raise concerns or areas they feel require specific attention. Barry is also tasked with creating meaningful reports that give clients the information and data they want to see. These reports are tailored to a client’s specific requirements so that they are as useful as possible.
The Client Relationship Manager also covers the strategic schedule, ensuring that meetings are taking place and a strategic roadmap is being formed and followed. This is supplemented by additional check-ins to make sure we are keeping up to date with latest progress and supplying relevant solutions for new requirements. This role enables Truebyte to provide a dynamic service, flexing to meet the latest requirements, based off our continuous improvement mindset.
