Acrobat Rental are specialists in refrigerated vans and trucks, catering for both the rental and sales markets. We have a long-lasting relationship with Adrian and the team, historically providing support and hardware installation services for the company.
Acrobat contacted us in another capacity with a view to us taking a look at revamping their online presence. Key requirements were to modernise the site and move to a responsive approach so that the site is fully accessible on mobile and tablet devices. SEO considerations were also important with google ranking for key words being significant.
The project has been an opportunity to build with JAMstack, a development architecture based on client-side JavaScript, reusable APIs, and prebuilt Markup. The idea is to deliver better performance, higher security and a lower cost of scaling. We are adding this way of developing to our armoury to make sure we are as flexible and competitive as possible when pitching for new work. We have also used our Truebyte Blaze content managment system to allow the Acrobat team to edit and add content.
